How this website currently handles information.
This website does not collect form submissions
The Contact, Get involved and Share your experience forms send the information you enter to Complete Wellness through Wix Forms. The team can access these submissions in its Wix dashboard to handle enquiries, offers of support and feedback. Please avoid sensitive health information and other people’s private details. Form answers are not saved in your browser. Wix uses a stored visitor token to support secure form submission and spam protection.
The eight-dimension check-in runs entirely in your browser. Scores are not saved or sent anywhere.
Articles and social feeds
The article sections request public Complete Wellness Substack content through the RSS2JSON service. Requests send ordinary technical information, such as your IP address, to that service; they do not include check-in answers, budget entries or form content. A saved article selection remains available if the feed cannot refresh.
The combined Facebook and Instagram feed loads automatically on the Latest updates page. On the homepage, it loads after you select “Show social updates”. Loading the feed connects your browser to Curator and may load content from Facebook or Instagram. These services handle technical information under their own privacy policies. Links to social posts and articles open the relevant external website.

The organisation should review this notice as its services and data-handling arrangements change. This website currently uses Wix Forms for the three enquiry forms; the private check-in and budgeting tools remain in your browser.
