Programme details

How long is the programme?

The full programme is an 18-month structured pathway. Ask what participation involves and how an introductory or taster session works before deciding whether to join.

Who can take part?

The existing programme material describes support for adults aged 18 and over and a focus on men in Medway. The current introductory coaching/CV and diabetes offers are specifically for men aged 45+. The team can confirm eligibility for each activity.

Are follow-up sessions free?

The introductory offers include one free session. Follow-up sessions are free for people who participate in the Medway Anchor Programme; contact the team for the applicable arrangements.

Can someone refer me?

The supplied programme material welcomes referrals from GP surgeries, NHS mental-health teams, Jobcentre Plus, youth organisations, community centres and local charities. Spaces are limited; contact the team for the current referral process.

When and where are sessions held?

Ask about the current timetable, appointment venues and allotment location. Some October proposals mention Monday workshops in Gillingham ME7 2SY, but please confirm the full address and the next session before travelling.
