Complete Wellness C.I.C.
A Complete Wellness C.I.C. community project bringing comfort, essentials and dignity to people facing hardship across Chatham.
A little comfort.A lot of care.

We are collecting and sharing shoe boxes filled with essentials for people experiencing homelessness, food insecurity and period poverty.
Boxes will be shared through the Wednesday community meal at Chatham SDA Church and outreach on Chatham High Street, reaching people where they already gather. Support is offered whatever someone’s background, faith or circumstances, without judgement.
No one should have to choose between eating and staying clean, warm or healthy. This initiative extends our period-dignity campaign through practical local care, connection and signposting.
Label your box “women’s”, “men’s” or “unisex” to help distribution. Also mark whether it contains period products, note underwear sizes and list any food allergens on the lid.
Please leave out: razors, medicines, opened food and alcohol-based mouthwash. The poster also excludes alcohol-based products generally: please ask the team before including hand sanitiser or any other alcohol-based item.

Together, we can make Medway a place where everyone is treated with dignity.
